Every listing carries an explicit health status — healthy, healthy with resolved past injuries, old injuries to manage, or currently recovering — plus any declared vices and stable habits. A seller who is honest up front finds the right buyer faster. A buyer knows what they are travelling to see.
Sellers can attach photos of the horse documents directly to the listing: papers, passport, certificates. Breed, age, height at withers and microchip are structured fields, not free text buried in a paragraph.
An interactive map shows where each horse actually is. Buying a horse means going to see it, often more than once: distance is not a detail. Filter by breed, colour, sex, price range and area.
Not everyone has the time — or the facilities — to show a horse properly. Aloha Centro Ippico, the equestrian centre near Bergamo that sponsors Horsefinder, can take your horse on consignment: boarding, in-person viewings for serious buyers, and promotion on a real Instagram channel followed by real riders.
The consignment agreement is made directly with Aloha and is entirely optional: Horsefinder works perfectly well without it.
